Give your teen the opportunity to build real skills, confidence, and career readiness through our Visionary Teen Program! Students choose between Barber Blueprint or Nail Lab while receiving professional starter kits, OSHA training, CPR certification, an industry field trip, Smart Start workbooks, and hands-on instruction.

Through this partnership, we’ll be providing our families with weekly scholarship, grant, internship, and college and career readiness opportunities to help students take the next step toward their future.

During our Try the Trade Open House, Barber Instructor Dwayne Smart shared what inspired him to become a Master Barber and why he continues to invest in the next generation.
Barbering is more than cutting hair. It’s about building confidence, creating opportunities, serving your community, and leaving every client better than you found them.
At Green Goals Beauty Academy, our students learn from professionals who have lived the journey and are passionate about passing their knowledge forward. We believe mentorship is just as important as mastering the craft.
