The Hanover
Hey guys and gals, in an effort to regroup and better serve our customers, we are going to shut down the restaurant this weekend so we can get a grip on all of the catering and food truck work that is coming our way.
Due to our very small staff we are really only able to do one or the other right now, and the numbers point to the truck being the bread winner for the time being. Until we can find additional help, we will be running the truck exclusively and renting out The Hanover as a special event venue for parties and meetings. Hopefully we can find some fine folks to come join the Smoking Swine team so that we can get The Hanover up and running all weekend again, but until we do, we are going to have to shut down.
I'm not very happy about this, but to keep the company going, it has to be done.

20-30 hours a week
Must be able to lift 50 lbs repetitively
mid-day and evening shifts available
Must have a valid drivers license
Must have your own transportation to work (some locations meet on site)
Good Customer service skills
3 years minimum food service industry work experience required
Should be able to pass a federal background check for base access
You would be mainly taking orders, and making sandwiches, The position requires both. The truck runs a 2-3 person crew depending on location volume. One person will usually make sandwiches and one person takes orders and expedites.
If working in the kitchen of the restaurant, the same applies.
