Tony Colter Foundation

Last night The Tony Colter Foundation granted our 4th music scholarship to Daniel! Daniel in now the proud owner of a red guitar and will start his lessons at the The School of Rock in Towson next month. Glad to share this experience with my daughter, Avery, who shares the same initials as my late father. Thanks to all those who contribute to donate to The Tony Colter Foundation to give a Baltimore City Public School Student this opportunity. Congratulations Daniel!!!

Sentimental weekend for The TCF Friday, May 3 was the 5 year anniversary of Tony’s passing. Fast forward 2 days and we were able to attend I’riyah’s mid-year performance for The School of Rock ar Metro Gallery in Baltimore City. She did a great job on guitar and played “Be Quiet and Drive (Far Away)” by Deftones. Didn’t think a tragic event would turn into a positive way to honor someone and pass it forward, it brings peace. All the kids did a great job!
