Moment of clarity:
To say that we don’t approach summer with high anticipation would be a lie. Women , men, children want to enjoy life with whatever body size, dress, hair style etc . We should empower HEALTH. Something as simple as enjoying some ☀️ ( vitamin D), ridding of negative energy ( grounding🦶🏽🦶🏽) can turn into a shame fest, and another cycle of insecurities and unhealthy habits are created.

As a collective WE MUST DO BETTER. Love on yourself so we can love one another better .
Spread love, it’s the HUMAN Way.

But just like He will hand someone your idea 💡 or open the same door he prepared YOU For, he also prepared it for someone else……

WORDS ARE POWERFUL.

And an unshakable faith will ALWAYS be tested . Never think otherwise .

I will speak life and abundance into my valleys because I never walk them alone.

Everything sent to me has already been prepared for me to receive a Lesson and a Blessing.

Fear does not rule me.

2 years ago I told myself I wouldn’t rest until I found my way out.

2 years ago I found myself Walking up to the cross, New Years Eve with no
doubt, no worry,
No wandering… I decided I was ready to come back home.. back to me.

A little further back … 7 years ago I moved to NY after being put out of my home. after confronting my father for violating me ,
Sexually Abusing me and robbing me of my childhood. he would say “between me and you” and later on that would be the very reason I would no longer suffer in silence.

I have been rejected. I have been denied, called a liar. But what I feel made me the most resentful was the neglect i received from my step never hugged me, never said I’m sorry this happened to you ,…she ignored the pain of a child and looked out for herself.

Ive had family, friends ,never say a word… I’ve had manic attacks. I was told to label myself with depression , bi polarity and mania and medicate.

But all of that changed once God showed me that I was chosen to Lead.
That he would provide me with the tools to build a new foundation of strength and durability for my next mission.

This task has always been personal.. shows in the length of time it’s taken to get me here.
But transparency is how we heal. Speaking is Relate.
