As of this summer, Of All Kinds officially has two homes. We will now be sharing our lives with you in both the DMV and Nashville. This picture was one of the last days we spent together. Here’s to new adventures! ✌🏽

Hey y’all! We’ve been gone, but we’re back for the summer to share how we continue to practice healthy living. Let’s catch up with a throwback to an early spring afternoon hike. Great Falls is one of our favorite spots in the DMV for a good hike and lots of beautiful water views.

Pro Tip: To dodge the park entrance fee, visit the Billy Goat Trail, located just across the river from Great Falls National Park.
