There is no marriage equality until disabled people can marry without losing their benefits. 🤍
Image description: a square graphic with a light lavender background features a large, bright red heart centered on the page. In front of the heart is a stylized illustration of a newlywed couple. One partner is seated in a manual wheelchair wearing a light brown tuxedo with a black bow tie, while the other wears a flowing white wedding dress and veil and raises one hand in a celebratory wave. Their faces are intentionally left without facial features in a minimalist illustration style.
At the top of the image, bold dark gray text reads: “The ADA was passed in 1990,"
At the bottom, matching bold text continues: “and disabled people still do not have marriage equality."
Along the right edge, the creator's handle appears vertically in purple text.
