On this grey grey day in April that will hopefully bring more glorious florals, I thought it would be a good time to share the tulips that bless this neighborhood every spring. I had a great conversation about HOAs today with a fellow volunteer. They did not see the purpose in paying such a high HOA, but I had to rebuttal. There are some really good HOAs out there, and I have to say, Harbor Island Walks HOA and community is just amazing. The staff is understanding and kind, security is always out and peaceful.
