It’s crazy…today is the day that I am closing the doors to my studio. It was an extremely difficult decision to make. One that I probably won’t really process for several months. 22 years of creating, executing, and living my dream. I’m extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to take part in my clients’ fitness/wellness journeys. I’m excited to hear about the next stop on their adventure.

Honestly, I never thought this would happen. At least not yet. But it’s time I listen to my body and mind - and give it the space to heal. I never took the time after my accident to do so and it’s caught up with me. I’m ready to take some time. For me and for my family. Here’s to the next chapter.
