The Retreat at Pointer's Ridge

It is slowly warming up and The Retreat is slowly springing to life. (The cats get most of the credit for this.) I am wondering if there is anyone out there who would consider donating a little time and expertise to work on the brakes of our much-relied upon golf cart. There is no stopping that thing, and constantly shifting it into neutral to stop it is both inconvenient and, frankly, probably not the safest technique. I've spent some time looking at You Tube videos of how to do this and it just is not in my wheelhouse to get it done so I'm hoping for some help from someone who might actually know what they're doing.
