Om friends, I'm excited to add a Meditation Series offering! We'll explore various types of meditation. There are so many types (e.g. Trataka, Yoga Nidra, Loving Kindness, Body Scan, Walking meditation, RAIN, Breath Awareness, Tonglen,...) and I want to dive into them all. Meditation has been shown to have many health benefits. Maybe you'll find the one that resonates with you :)
Who's in? I'm thinking about a :20 minute class on Zoom. Sound interesting? I'm wondering what's a good time for those who are interested? Evenings? Mid-day? Sunday late afternoon or evening? Please let me know -
