Another beautiful day for network upgrades! Wanted to show everyone some of the behind the scenes work that goes towards building a truly reliable network.

The truth most companies won’t tell you is that internet networks aren’t immune to outages (including ours), but those that truly care about their subscribers will go above and beyond to implement self-healing networks so subscribers don’t even notice 99% of the outages that happen.

We haven’t even connected the first subscriber to this new site yet and are already adding backup connections in preparation for when we do get that phone call. We’ll be prepared to stand behind the quality of our product from day 1.

It's a beautiful, sunny morning in Downtown Jasper! We love turning up new wireless tower sites, as it allows us an opportunity to not just extend our internet service to new customers, but also bring these amazing camera angles to our community.

We are working on a solution that will open up all of our tower cameras for publicly accessible viewing, but I don't have an estimated date as of yet. So for now, I will continue to share these on here every now and then.

We are also working to add some cameras to downtown Ball Ground in the very near future as well!

Install spotlight from last week. Customer called and explained that they had local fiber and the connection was pretty good, but the WiFi didn't cover her whole house. When the local company was asked to assist, she was sent to a link on Amazon and left to figure it out on her own.

We came in and had to get creative as the roofline was buried in trees, so after discussion options with the homeowner we installed our antenna on her fence and trenched the cable back to her house. We completely reconfigured her Amazon routers, and fully adjusted the placement of each unit to make sure we covered every square foot.

When we left, her whole house was blanketed with excellent WiFi signal, she was receiving over 350Mbps more than her fiber connection, and was left extremely happy.

This wireless connection is 7.24 miles from our tower and is providing just over 880Mbps!

Customer was struggling with only a 50Mbps internet connection from the local provider, but it was “cheap”. We came out and setup an 8.6 mile wireless shot from Bent Tree Dr, through the trees, and over the Jasper valley back to our tower.

For less than $5 more per month we doubled their bandwidth to our 100/25Mbps plan. They also have the option to upgrade their service to over 300Mbps should they choose in the future as well!!

Switched this South-Canton business on Marietta Hwy over to our internet because they were having consistent reliability issues. They have been rock solid for over a week now and we were able to cut their previous monthly bill in HALF!

We had to wait for the rain to break up but ended the day with another happy customer! They no longer have to worry about their internet dropping every time it rains any more! We were able to deliver a rock solid 630/140Mbps at 2.1 miles through the clouds.

We also set up a wireless link to their workshop and installed a dedicated router for that space to be able to monitor all of their live cameras!
