If you are not familiar with pepper jams they are perfect to use in appetizers or to incorporate into your meals. I love pairing shrimp and Pineapple pepper jams together. It took about 15 min from freezer to table for my shrimp, pineapple, cashew, broccoli and pepper jam dinner. And it was delicious.
