Highgate Elementary shares its name with the Seven Oaks neighborhood that surrounds it. The school opened in 2021 as the 20th elementary campus in Panama-Buena Vista Union School District. Students walk or bike from homes within the same master-planned community. Schools built as part of the original plan let families put down roots. This graduation season, while high schoolers cross stages across Seven Oaks, young Huskies are just starting the same path.
