Good morning everyone happy Sunday🙏🙏 I'm learning and growing each and every day but I love this process it feels so good to my soul. My biggest goal is to pay it forward & help someone feel good because you never know what people are going through so I make sure they're leaving happy if they come in contact with me, but then again I'm a huge motivational speaker. I'm preaching & speaking all the time to everybody it just comes out naturally. I am a motivational person that wants to pay it forward. There's more to life than money & profits I have seen & know a lot companies forget who are the people who are building them which are their employees but I guess they forget or they really don't care. I definitely do not want to work with those companies who don't value or appreciate their employees. That's the reason why I decided to open up my own recruitment business because I believe if your business is growing your employees should be growing as well; (mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually & financially) however, everyone does have different beliefs and I totally respect that; but, if I can guide or help someone with my experience and knowledge & save them time and energy why not because remember wasted time and energy is not refundable!!
