Baked Sweet Potatoes = the easiest side dish ever 🍠🔥
1. Cut in half
2. Lather with olive oil
3. sprinkle salt + pepper
4. Place cut-side DOWN on the pan
Bake at 350° for 90 minutes
Then the hardest part… let them cool for an hour 😅🤌
Soft, caramelized, and basically melts in your mouth.
