We've got a full lineup of movement, breath, and rhythm this July. Here's what's coming up.

🧘 HOT VINYASA YOGA — 4 Week Summer Series
Join guest instructor Charlsey for a 4-week Hot Summer Series, kicking off this Saturday, July 11th, 10-11:15am in the hot studio. Vinyasa pairs breath with continuous motion, calming the heart while strengthening the body. It's the kind of practice that meets you exactly where you are, whether that's your first flow or your five hundredth. Show up all four weeks or drop in when you can.

💃 DANCING SALSA
Salsa instructors Renee Hodgson and Ryan Montecucco are offering a free community class on Tuesday, July 14th from 7:30-8:30pm, and by they come back again on Tuesday, July 21st. Salsa is one of the best forms of cardio out there, and dancing is just good for the soul. Come move, laugh, and sweat a little.

🌬️ DEEP BREATHE
We're excited to welcome guest practitioner (and Lighthouse instructor) Ashley Zupan back for a special breathwork session on Monday, July 20th from 5:45-6:45pm. It looks relaxing (and it is), but breathwork might be one of the most underrated tools out there. Learning to use your breath effectively engages your core at the next level. The more you practice, the more you engage. Calm your nervous system, release stress, and reconnect your mind and body.

We're celebrating another year of movement, connection, and community and we'd love for you to join us.

Stop by this Friday, June 19th from 4-6pm as we celebrate our recent expansion and this next chapter for Lighthouse.

We'll have light bites, cocktails and mocktails, a raffle, and plenty of time to connect with members, friends, neighbors, and everyone who has helped make Lighthouse what it is today.

This community is the heart of Lighthouse. We're so grateful for every person who has walked through our doors, taken a class, cheered someone on, or made this place feel welcoming and special.

This past year has brought a lot to celebrate. A beautiful new space, new friendships, familiar faces, and so many moments of strength, growth, and connection. We're incredibly grateful to be sharing it all with this community.
