We now offer 2 options to better serve our residents. #1- ALL BILLS PAID- NO fees, deposits, just one amount due on the 1st of the month.(rates are pro-rated for move-ins that take place during the month) #2- Lot Rent + electric- ($75 elect.deposit) and/or $75 monthly to access Free laundry/Bathhouse. We realize not everyone needs the use of those facilities so why pay for a service you don't need, RIGHT?? EVERYONE can enjoy ALL of the other great amenities that our park has to offer.
