This property is VERY special because it will soon become “Pappy Land” a place where family will gather, memories will be made, grandkids will run wild & free, sunsets will be watched from the porch and life will hopefully slow down just a little bit. 🥹

I don’t think people outside of real estate truly understand the emotional roller coaster this business can be sometimes.

The missed dinners.
The interrupted vacations.
The late-night phone calls.
The deals falling apart at the absolute worst times.
The pressure of carrying people’s biggest financial decisions on your shoulders every single day.

And sometimes
The guilt of knowing your family got what was LEFT of you after everybody else got the best of your energy.

There have been moments I missed unexpectedly.
Times I carried stress home when I shouldn’t have.
Times I sat at dinner, on vacation, or laying in bed thinking about a client situation that went sideways.

And truthfully?
That stuff affects you more than people realize.

BUT despite all of it
I still absolutely love this business I've built. ❤️🏡

Because behind every stressful moment is usually a family hoping for a better future.
A first-time buyer excited and nervous all at once.
A family needing more space.
Someone starting over.
Someone believing life can get better.
And being part of that is such a privilege.

I also think two things can be true at the same time:

>>>And still acknowledge the sacrifice it took to get here.

So this post isn’t a complaint. Not even close.
This business has blessed my life and my family tremendously.
The relationships, opportunities, memories, growth and people I’ve met along the way have changed my life forever. ♥️

This is just me saying thank you to the spouses, kids, friends, and families behind the scenes who support me through the chaos, long hours, emotional days and unpredictable schedules. 🫶

To everyone building something while trying to balance ambition, family, and real life, I see you.
And to my people THANK YOU for loving me through all the crazy. Even when my brain is still stuck on contracts and closings at 9 PM 😂
