Some of us are carrying worry, missing someone, or just trying to hold it together.

But if you’re here… that means you’re still showing up.
Still putting one foot in front of the other.
And that matters more than you know.

Today, I’m choosing to focus on the small things…
the fresh air, a quiet moment, a little peace in my heart. 🌿
