Halfway through the season and our MSP Speed athletes continue to impress.

The last two meets have been filled with personal records, first-time competitors, and athletes stepping outside their comfort zones. What we're most proud of isn't just the times and distances; it's the confidence, effort, and growth we're seeing every week.

Track and field teaches athletes how to compete, overcome adversity, and trust the process. Every practice, every race, and every jump is another opportunity to get better.

We're excited to see what the second half of the season has in store. Keep showing up. Keep working. Keep getting better.
