Last Saturday, members of the A.J. Rose team traded the shop floor for the sand court and enjoyed an afternoon of volleyball at Mitchell’s Tavern in Westlake.

We’re grateful for opportunities to connect outside of work, strengthen relationships, and have some fun together. Thank you to everyone who came out and made it a great day!

Sometimes the teams behind the scenes carry the toughest conversations — and our Quality Team handles them every day. Last Friday, they traded inspections and problem-solving for a little friendly competition at Topgolf.

Tony, Quality Manager, has been focused on bringing the team together more often, creating opportunities to connect outside of the day-to-day and making Quality fun again. A strong team culture matters — especially in roles that are constantly challenged to meet the highest standards. ⛳️
