IMPORTANT EMAIL WENT OUT TODAY-
Thank you for a great first two days! We appreciate your patience during drop-off and pick-up. We will be have two attendance check in points and two check out points each day.
REMINDER THAT THE PROGRAM ENDS AT 2pm. We will have the children out front starting at 1:45pm for pick up.
Starting TOMORROW MORNING, we will be changing the DROP-OFF ONLY traffic pattern. With the EYS program taking place at Butler, we need to ensure that the buses and vans can access their designated drop-off area safely and on time.
Please enter through the NEW ENTRANCE parking lot and follow the route across to the same drop-off/pick-up line we have been using. Please do not form a second line. Stay in a single line and pull forward as far as possible when entering the drop-off lane in front of the school. Please do not block the cross over space to the second parking lot and the curve at the beginning of the drop off/ pick up lane. We will have staff at those spots over the next few days to help direct.
If you need to speak with a staff member, please pull forward as far as you can and turn on your hazard lights and one of us will come over to you.
To help keep traffic moving smoothly, please have your child(ren) ready to exit the vehicle when you reach the drop-off area.
Please remain in the drop-off line, do not park and walk over- It stops the flow of traffic and makes it unsafe for the children and staff.
For walkers- you must walk them directly to Kylie or Maeve, who have the attendance clipboards.

We are so excited to kick off another fun summer! Here's what's happening during our first week:

Pizza & Ice Cream Sundaes

Topgolf
• Lunch will be provided at Topgolf- We will have Turkey sandwich, chips and cookies.
🌱 Wednesday, July 8
Tiny Gardens
• Each child will create and take home their very own miniature garden!
🐾 Thursday, July 9
NRT–Easton: Animal Trackers- Email sent to attendees earlier today 😊
• A bag lunch will be provided.
🍦 Friday, July 10
Ice Cream Truck Visit
• Courtesy of Park & Recreation, each child may choose one ice cream treat to enjoy.

📌 Important Reminders
💧 Please send your child with a refillable water bottle every day.
We will have water and Gatorade available throughout the week.
🥪 Lunches
If your child will be bringing a lunch instead of eating the provided meal, please notify the program in advance.
🥜 Peanut-Free Program
We are a PEANUT-FREE environment. Thank you for helping us keep all children safe.
💊 Medication Drop-Off
Please bring all medications directly to program leadership. Thank you to everyone who has already done so!
I will be available for medication drop-off on Thursday from 8:30–11:00 AM.
🚗 Drop-Off & Pick-Up
• All drop-off and pick-up will take place at the front of the school only.
• Any changes to your child's regular pick-up arrangements must be communicated to the program ahead of time.
📞 Communication
As we settle into our summer routine, we may reach out to confirm information. Please keep an eye out for calls from Park & Recreation at 508-944-0084.
🚶 Walkers
For children walking home, we will not allow them to leave until we have confirmed from a guardian.
💦 Water Fun
We'll be enjoying water games throughout the week! Sprinklers are weather permitting. Please have the children pack an extra change of clothes or bathing suit and towel.
🚌 Field Trips
Field trips are closed for registration for Week One and Week Two.
