RKS has been a little quiet so far since the selling of our last 2 homes earlier in 2021, but that doesn’t mean we haven’t been hard at work. Finding the right deal is sometimes easier said than done. It takes a lot of time to find the properties, calculate the numbers and get accepted offers on an already competitive market. Our real estate agents, Kim and Suzzi with Gemini Realty Group and investors work very hard to find us deals that we can work with. Today’s is no different …. this morning we closed on a property in the very popular, Bates Hendricks Neighborhood! We’ve never done a new build, so we’re very anxious to get started on this project and see what kinds of opportunities this will bring our business.
