New policy alert for recent weather conditions and ice:
Starting immediately:
There needs to be a safe path for me to enter your home safely, thats not full of ice and the area is salted. If there isn't a safe path, I will not be entering your home for scheduled appointments. I have fallen 3 times in the last week due to me not having a safe path to enter clients homes. I will not reschedule you. I hope all of my clients can understand. But I need to be healthy and physically able to continue cleanings. I cannot do that with injuries due to falling in your driveways, stairs or porches.
