A quick note about Kara’s personal training summer schedule specifically: the information below applies only to my schedule and availability. It does not apply to any of the other trainers or their schedules.

Summer tends to bring a lot of last-minute openings due to vacations, schedule changes, and people squeezing in all the fun summer activities. When those spots become available, they’re open for anyone to grab!

I call them “Grab & Go” sessions. If you’re already a client and want to add an extra workout, or if you’ve been curious about personal training and want to give it a try, these openings are a great opportunity.

You can book available sessions directly through the MINDBODY app, and drop-in pricing is available. No commitment, no contracts, just book a session when a spot opens up and come train!

Keep your eye on the app, you never know when a Grab & Go spot will pop up!

You’re not doing it wrong. You’re just at the part where most people give up.

Results take time. Progress takes consistency. And the truth is, the people who succeed aren’t always the most talented, they’re the ones who stay disciplined when things get hard.
There will be setbacks. There will be workouts that feel impossible. There will be days when the scale doesn’t move and days when motivation disappears. There will be boring, repetitive workouts that don’t feel exciting or glamorous. That’s part of the process.

The basics work. Repeating the basics works even better.

Growth happens when you keep showing up anyway.
