Today we got a phone call from a customer saying his 2018 Dodge Ram not cranking. He said he call for many different locksmith companies that came out but non of them could get the truck start. SKL technician got to the site and diagnose the whole truck system with dealership tool. We found out that the push start RF Hub module has die. An RF module is a (usually) small electronic device used to transmit and/or receive frequencies signals between two devices. We coded a new OEM RF module by the truck VIN number and PIN code. We installed a new receiver along with the new module with two OEM smart keys. Boom - the truck started, remote control worked perfectly as well as the remote starter function.
