The mind must stay elastic. We're cycling through lifes repetitive motion. It's important to break the routine, and experience change. It will help you adapt, and stay flexible. Exercise, stretch, and try something new.
Connection to both our energetic, and physical bodies is intricate. Your state of mind affects your posture, and your posture can affect your state of mind. Hold up your posture well, and find positive thoughts for yourself. The pursuit of happiness is moment to moment.
My focus this morning is on awareness. Become fluent in your body's language.
What are your intentions for wellness? Do you need to start planning with intent?
Today I want to look inward. Check in with yoursel, Ask yourself if what you do is for instant gratification, or are you thinking of the long term? I am guilty of bad biomechnics. After years of repeaing bad posture your skeletal structue adapts, and often results in chronic pain.
