We live in an age that worships movement. More work. More noise. More scrolling. More achievement.

A soul that never rests in God eventually forgets who it belongs to.

To keep the Lord's Day holy means allowing God to reorder the heart.

The Third Commandment is not simply about attending Mass. It is about setting aside one day that belongs entirely to God. A day to worship, to rest and to give thanks.

When we neglect Sunday, we slowly become slaves to work, productivity, entertainment, and endless distractions. But when we honour the Lord's Day, we remember that our worth is not measured by what we produce, but by the God who created and loves us.

🔹️ Attend Holy Mass with reverence
🔹️ Read a passage of Scripture slowly
🔹️ Rest from unnecessary work
🔹️ Share an unhurried meal with family or friends.
🔹️ Turn off the constant stream of notifications for a while, make room for silence
🔹️ End the day by thanking God for His blessings

A Sunday well spent doesn't leave you exhausted, it leaves your soul renewed.
