After her weight loss journey, this patient wanted to restore shape and contour to her breasts and abdomen while keeping her results as natural as possible.
Shown here: before and 6 months after a breast lift with chest lift and auto-augmentation performed by Dr. Dumestre — using her own breast and chest tissue to recreate upper pole fullness without implants. She also underwent a tummy tuck and reverse tummy tuck for a smoother, more contoured silhouette.
