Sneak in exercise into your day with these 5 easy tips:
1. If you’re going somewhere within a mile of your house, don’t drive there, walk! Instead of driving to your local neighborhood coffee shop, walk there.
2. Watching TV? During commercial breaks try to do some fun and easy exercises like squats, lunges, or push-ups.
3. This is an easy one, take the stairs! Try to avoid taking the elevator everyday, and take the stairs once in a while. You will notice the difference.
4. Try to do 10 repetitions of any exercise you like (squats, crunches, etc.) everyday! Do them as soon as you wake up and before going to bed.
5. Finally, invite friends to workout and make exercise a part of your weekend activities.
