π Pick a couple of these to practice for a minute each, followed by another minute to feel what feels supportive for you. Then make the decision to be consistent in practicing, even once or twice a day.
β’While co-regulation with others can be nurturing and is necessary for survival, learning how to support yourself in these ways are self-compassionate actions. AND, when you are regulated, others around you can more easily regulate themselvesβ¦WIN/WIN!
β’I love easy to remember tools like these that you can use ANYWHERE. Smaller practices lead to big shifts, and, over time, profound changes in our inner atmosphere. π³
