Her commitment to helping couples navigate divorce and family restructuring through both collaborative law and mediation sets her apart. In addition to her collaborative divorce and mediation practices, Amy also enjoys helping clients begin and build their families through robust premarital agreements and assisted reproduction legal practices.

Amy's approach combines patience, creativity, and resilience, offering clients compassionate and practical guidance during their most challenging times. Serving in various roles within the legal community, including as the past President of Collaborative Divorce Texas Board of Trustees and president-elect of the Board of Directors for Volunteer Legal Services of Central Texas, Amy volunteers her time as a mediator and continues to support pro bono initiatives. Amy is also active in her church community and serves on the board of Austin New Church. Amy is a professor at the University of Texas School of Law, teaching classes on marital relations and divorce.
