UT Austin percussion life, fall 2025 🧡 Studio has been working hard! We presented the entire Jlin / arrangement of Perspective. And the youngsters rocked White Feather by . And lots and lots of recitals happened, including one by our Prof. and his good friend ! There is a lot of heart in this studio and we are excited for more cool projects on the horizon 🤘

These three UT friends are grad school bound. Ethan is heading to Yale for percussion, Sebastian is heading to Yale for composition, and Davin is heading to Peabody for percussion. We will miss you guys! Thank you for making our studio such a wonderful and creative space. Big hugs and hook’em 🧡

A big congratulations to our studio TA and the newly appointed DOCTOR Caroline Vaughan-Richards, who passed her doctoral defense! Caroline has been an incredible contributor and leader for our studio, and her focus on women’s voices in speaking percussion repertoire has been incredibly meaningful and inspiring.
