Meet our Client Advocate and Therapist, Amber Shaw, LMSW - LCSW Associate

Amber is a licensed professional who provides coordination and clinical services for those at Innovation 360. Amber works alongside clients to facilitate their improved well-being utilizing Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Attachment Theory techniques. In her career, Amber has experience working with crisis management, substance abuse, and mental health disorders.

Amber’s passion is in working collaboratively with individuals and their families to create lasting change. Amber believes in approaching clients in a trauma-informed and person-centered manner to gather an understanding of their lived experience. She practices from a systems-theory lens, allowing her to take a person’s loved ones and environment into consideration as she seeks to better comprehend clients and motivate change.
