LET'S TALK CHLORINE WATER 😨

⚠️Ever heard your stylist say "don't get your hair wet in pool water"? THIS IS WHY. If there's any existing color in your hair, chlorine will affect its tone. Specifically in blondes (or brunette with grown out blonde/gold hair,) chlorine will turn your hair GREEN.

⚠️My client didn't know she shouldn't be dipping her hair in pool water during the summer and low and behold, this is what came out of the foils. Thankfully we didn't experience any hair melting off, but when in doubt, tell your stylist so you can get clarifying treatment before your color service! There is a Malibu Swimmers Wellness shampoo and conditioner to help if you've been getting your hair wet in chlorine water!
