I hear this all the time—and honestly, it’s one of my favorite things to fix.

Because your hands tell your love story just as much as your smiles do: the way you tuck her hair back, how you pull him closer, that nervous-excited fidget with the ring you just said “yes” to. My job is to guide you so you’re never wondering what to do—you’re just busy feeling everything.

Here are 5 simple prompts I use to turn that awkward hand panic into natural, real moments:
1. “Walk toward me and let your hands brush until one of you decides to hold on.”
2. “Pull them in by the waist like you’re about to whisper a secret.”
3. “Play with her dress / his jacket like you’re straightening it for a photo booth shot.”
4. “Wrap your arms around from behind and sway like you’re slow dancing in your kitchen.”
5. “Hold hands, then—on three—pull each other in for the tightest hug you’ve had all week.”
