Excellent article on what's going on with groups like Zilker Theatre Productions. It is so frustrating that these established groups that bring SO much to the Arts Community are being left out of the funding pool. I understand the reasoning behind encouraging more diversity in the Arts but NOT at the detriment of theatre companies who, like ZTP, provide FREE musicals (& the tech & ancillary jobs that requires) to thousands in Central Texas.
