Some people know, but it’s remained a bit of a secret that is our restaurant. It’s part of the InterStellar family located at in Pflugerville Tx.

We’re honored that and selected our Smoked & Pulled Lamb Shoulder Taco as one of the 50 Best Tacos in Texas. Served on a homemade flour tortilla with avocado salsa, onion, cilantro, lime, and cotija, it’s a taco we love deeply and proudly serve at both Yellow Bell and InterStellar BBQ.

We’re excited to be serving it at the Texas Monthly Taco Fest on June 6 in Grand Prairie. It’s some of the state’s best BBQ wrapped in a fresh flour tortilla — a true blend of Texas barbecue and the vibrant food culture of the Coastal Bend.

Prime-grade short rib, cold smoked & seared crispy on the plancha. Onion, cilantro, lime, and a warm in-house flour tortilla. Served with our red jalapeño doña—rich with garlic, olive oil, and a little spice. 🌶️🚀

One of the latest additions to our current line-up of specials are these Beef Shortrib Skewers topped with cilantro, pickled onion & our avocado salsa, served on a fresh homemade tortilla.

What a blast the past seven years have been!

Come celebrate our anniversary with us on February 21st. We’ll have a whole menu of special dishes to mark the occasion, plus our favorite DJ spinning tunes all day! As always, expect complimentary Lone Star beers, ice cream floats, birthday cake, and a few extra surprises.
