Pricing strategy, listen up ๐ฃ
Something my team and I have been noticing is a lot of homes have been priced with โtest the waters,โ or โletโs see what happens,โ energy. This is a big NO NO and can cost you $$$ left behind.
When buyers are scrolling the apps and websites looking at your home and others, an overpriced house shows and will end up sitting for longer.
Eventually we will see that price take a dip to get some action drummed up, but now your home could be pages down the way from new prospective buyers.
In short:
Strategic pricing based on real tangible data = quicker & more target offers VS. Overpricing = price drop after price drop and lowball offers.

Interest rates can be a major factor in deciding when to buy or sell real estate, and keeping up with their constant changes can feel like a full-time job.
But fear not, because Iโm here to share some tips to help you stay on top of these rates without feeling like you donโt know up from down - Here are some tips/tricks I recommend:
-Download the app: Mortgage Daily for up to date rates in real time
-get in touch with a realtor (like me!)
-talk proactively with a trusted lender or advisor (happy to name a few!)
