Hi friends. I haven't been posting much and may continue not to for my own mental health this year, but I felt like giving some updates on what I've been up to for the past few months.

1. Getting back into running and putting less focus on the Olympic trials this time around. Too much stress and pressure. Running started to become a thing I needed to do rather than what I wanted to do. So less of that and more fun running this year.

2. Got a new (finally practical) car. It's nice, not flashy, and I plan on taking it camping more this year because I love camping :)

3. I don't talk about work much in person, much less on here, but I got certified as an eDiscovery expert which was no small task and I'm really proud of myself for that. Work is going incredibly well lately so I'm stoked to try to keep that going this year.

4. I'm an uncle now and this is baby Theodore aka Teddy. He's a cutie and I can't wait to see him again over in Sheffield UK someday :)

5. Biki is doing well. He's a bit of a homebody like me nowadays and he's healthy and happy as ever. He's loving running and playing in his new yard.
