Because the home I purchased is older, Kristi ensured I had additional inspections done, saving me tens of thousands of dollars in repairs that needed to be done before the option period ended. She was fearless in negotiating with the sellers agent when she identified issues that needed to be addressed. I am over- the- moon happy about my new home. Kristi is an absolute rockstar, and I would be happy to recommend her to anyone in the market to buy or sell.
