Rusty Zagst is the owner and operator of A Little Shady. In 1993, Rusty started as a busboy at the iconic Shady Grove restaurant in Austin, Texas. He became Managing Partner in 2009, leading this beloved restaurant for decades. Rusty and his team have been developing A Little Shady for the past six years, and it is finally coming to life this summer. Some stories don't end, they evolve. Are you ready?
