Pool. Sauna. Detached structure. Same meter.
At some point, all those upgrades start asking the same question:

Can your electrical service actually handle it?

We’re out on a residential project helping a homeowner prepare for a growing list of power demands — including a new pool, sauna, and additional service needs around the property.

That meant stepping into a 320-amp service upgrade, coordinating trenching, navigating around utilities and propane lines, and building a system that’s ready for what’s coming next.

Here’s why upgrades like this matter:

When a home doesn’t have enough electrical capacity, you can run into tripped breakers, overloaded panels, unreliable equipment performance, or costly limitations on future upgrades. Nobody wants their pool heater, sauna, or major appliances competing for power.

A properly sized service upgrade helps give the homeowner:

- Room for future additions
- Safer electrical load management
- Reliable power for high-demand equipment
- Less risk of overloaded circuits and panel strain

If you added a pool, sauna, workshop, EV charger, or guest house tomorrow… would your electrical service be ready?

What’s the one home upgrade you’d love to add if power wasn’t the limiting factor?

Out near Dripping Springs setting up welder power the right way.

This project involved running new power from the panel, through conduit, and into dedicated outlets to safely support welding equipment.

Here’s what we handled:
- Installing dedicated welder circuits
- Running clean conduit from the panel
- Adding breakers to support the new load
- Ensuring everything is safe and code-compliant

When you’re working with equipment like welders, having properly installed power isn’t optional — it’s critical for safety and performance.

If you’re adding equipment to your shop or workspace, make sure your electrical system is built to handle it.
