A lot of founders have gotten used to surviving instead of building sustainably. Constant stress might feel productive in the moment, but burnout eventually catches up with your creativity, decision-making, and energy.
A few reminders:
• Rest is part of the process
• Boundaries help you lead better
• Your business should be able to grow without draining you completely
