Banana Cream is no exception! The thing about senior dogs is that more easily slip into YOUR routine instead of you catering to every puppy need. Seniors are more likely to nap while you're away, be ready for a walk when you are and wait to go to the bathroom. It's really a win, especially for lower energy homes!

Though the shelter isn't ideal for any dog, seniors often struggle the most. Fairy Godmother came through the city shelter after her owners could no longer afford to provide her with the care she needed. Due to issues with her left eye, Fairy Godmother came to APA! and spent just a few days in a kennel.
Now in a foster, she's working on gaining weight and is looking so good! Soon she'll likely need to have her enlarged eye removed to prevent future rupture or infection. Her beauty will not be dimished with only one eye though!
Good with kids and dogs, Fairy Godmother loves to lounge at home while you're at work and will great you with a song when you return!
