I have only lost 50lbs!
I was just reaching out to all of our clients today and one of them was being hard on herself.
She still has more to lose and was feeling frustrated.
I reminded her to focus on how far she has come and to look at the big picture.
To remember how much she has grown.
How many habits she has changed.
How she has learned to put herself first so she has more to give back to her family.
How much more energy she has now and how much better she feels.
Feeling this way is normal and it’s not always easy to zoom out and look at the big picture.
Sometimes life throws us curve balls.
People we love get sick.
Financial obligations arise out of nowhere.
People are sometimes difficult.
But regardless we all live in this same reality.
With life comes both challenges and triumphs.
We all have a choice.
To step back and shift our perspective.
To focus on the things that are going well.
To live in gratitude for the things we do have.
Life is not always easy but putting one foot in front of the other when things get tough is EVERYTHING.
There is always a SOLUTION and there is always a CHOICE!

Want to get lean? It’s not about perfection—it’s about mastering the basics! 💪 Staying in shape doesn’t have to run your life—it’s just part of it.
Forget living on chicken, rice, and broccoli. I choose clean foods I love, that are quick to prep and fit my lifestyle. No extreme diets!
Training? Skip the 5-6 day grind. I stick to 3-4 short, efficient workouts, 20-30 min cardio when I can, and 8k steps daily. These aren’t the only pieces of the puzzle, but they’re the foundation of a sustainable routine.
I used to sacrifice sleep and stress out to stay lean—never sustainable. Now, I focus on consistency over perfection, keeping fitness simple, stress low, and sleep solid. Master the basics, and fitness becomes a lifestyle, not a chore.
