PAMA is now accepting presentation proposals for the main stage at iFLEX at AAPEX, happening November 3–5, 2026.

Members are invited to submit 15–30 minute sessions focused on customer service best practices and real-world ideas that can help strengthen operations across the industry. The submission deadline has been extended to mid-July, and applicants can expect a response by the end of July.

A House committee has advanced surface transportation legislation that includes key REPAIR Act provisions aimed at protecting access to vehicle data, diagnostic tools, and compatible aftermarket parts.

While the bill does not include everything advocates had hoped for, it marks continued movement on right-to-repair issues and keeps pressure on Congress to strengthen protections for independent repairers.
