Forté's MBA Leadership Conference helped Jenny Le(Columbia Business School, MBA 2020) secure an internship and navigate her MBA journey. After business school, she's paid that forward: mentoring students, supporting early‑career women, and leading the Forté Alumni Leadership Council (now the Forté Alumni Board) to expand resources for post‑MBA professionals.

Jenny’s path is a reminder that the Forté network isn’t just a resource. It’s a community of women helping other women rise.
