When we are together, I am reminded of the courage and light that we, as women, are able to bring out in each other!

I met Laurie at her original Unwind Studio location years ago. Drawn to her passion for energetic healing and charisma, I felt an instant connection!

We speak and understand each other’s language! We chat easily about yoga, meditation, sound healing, energetic healing with tuning forks, and all things spiritual!

I feel seen and heard, and she believes in me! Ideas are generated and flow easily, we support each other, and most of all, we have fun!

One of the many reasons that we are co-hosting our retreat is to bring women together to create a supportive and empowering environment where we can connect, share experiences, and foster personal growth. In such spaces, women often find inspiration, encouragement, and a sense of belonging that strengthens their confidence and well-being.
