Austin Postal Annex

Had to share this small win from the shop. A customer emailed me after receiving her Lenox china that I shipped all the way to New Zealand. She said the packing was absolutely exquisite. I had to sit with that word for a second. Exquisite is not usually what people call my Frankenstein packing methods. I grab whatever clean materials I have on hand and use some creativity to hold up under pressure.

Here’s the part that made me smile.
If you’ve ever dropped off bubble wrap or paper or foam or any random packing supplies for me to reuse, your donations just helped make that shipment happen. They literally traveled from Oak Hill to New Zealand and kept every piece safe.
